After Church

After church on Wednesday Jaime, the Pastor along with another stayed for over an hour playing hymns together.
The pastor and Jaime both said they could play together all night. They really enjoyed themselves. Notice the overalls!! The pastor is standing to the side of Jaime. His name is Bro. Elmo Mounce but everyone calls him Pete. His lovely wife, Roberta (Birdie) is pictured in the middle of us ladies. Mrs. Roberta recently suffered a stroke and can not speak. However SHE CAN SING!!!! The people of the church were very kind to us.

Russsian Pianist

Saturday evening after all the baking and driving classes we went to our local college to attend a piano concert. This lady is wonderful. We saw her last year as well. Zoya Shuhatovich has performed throughout Europe and the United States. The concert featured works by Russian composers, including Skriabin, Rachmaninoff, Shostakovich and Mussorgsky. Nicholas was able to get her autograph after the show. The concert was a nice way to end the day.
